The Pen of Irish Wisdom

I come from the land of the green
And am so abnormally lean
So flat and compressed
Me back touches me chest
So, sideways I cannot be seen
Will cast away your past
So, no Banshee ever could keen

A notable quote from George Bernard Shaw:

Ireland, sir, for good or evil, is like no other place under heaven, and no man can touch its sod or breathe its air without becoming better or worse.

  1. Dear Bob-

I enjoy reading your work on the Seniors Ink website. I, too, am Irish, and love to write. I like to mix poetry and prose and have a novel coming out in a few months that does just that.

I was wondering if I might ask your advice as to how to best reach an Irish audience with information about my book? ANy help is appreciated, as is your time, sir.
